She holds  patents for new hotel products and has given IHG’s global brands a much needed makeover, repositioning them for high growth. 

John Crow is the founder and President of Crow Hospitality Investment Group. He is a 35 year veteran of the hotel and resort real estate business. John has provided development and advisory services for luxury hotels projects throughout the US and overseas with a total cost of over $300 million.  

Josh Clayton is an experienced corporate finance lawyer who has worked with a number of early-stage companies across a broad variety of industries.  Josh has over 10 years of experience in corporate and securities law matters, and has represented issuers, investors, and financial institutions in numerous capital raising transactions.
