What We Do

L Ventures, LLC has been formed for the purpose of creating an international brand of Elle Hotels and Resorts, through an agreement with Hachette Filipacchi Presse, the owners of Elle Magazine.    The founding partners are hospitality industry veterans, experienced in branding, new brand creation, hotel development, hotel operations and management, business start-ups, licensing, trademarks, patents and financial structuring. 

Once the first properties are under development, we will expand our focus and begin licensing existing properties that currently, or through renovation, can meet our exacting standards.  They may be resort or urban properties, but always luxury with a focus on the culture and character of Elle.  We will continue to selectively invest in or develop properties as the opportunity arises.   We have recently been presented with potential locations in Sri Lanka, Mexico, Morocco, Madrid and others.
